• Familiar with the promotion and drainage methods of TikTok internal and external channels, especially short video and live broadcast, constantly improve business strategies, increase traffic and sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Responsible for the connection of video content on TikTok platform, adjust content direction according to traffic and sales volume, and improve content exposure and conversion rate.
• Optimized product links, store layout, title copy, product management, inventory management and other key operational indicators, optimized product information based on sales data, traffic analysis, etc., to improve the customer shopping experience and transaction conversion speed.
• Participated in the planning of platform live broadcast scripts, planned TikTok store live broadcast activities, reviewed live broadcast data and optimized live broadcast activities.
• Responsible for keeping consistent with TikTok team and maintaining a good relationship.
• Regularly collected sales data, inventory data, return reports, etc., timely adjusted sales strategies to maintain good inventory turnover.

Job Qualifications:

• at least Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent oral and written in English
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms, have a deep understanding of short videos, live broadcast, TikTok e-commerce operation experience is preferred.
• Understand the logic of livestreaming e-commerce and be able to plan effective live streaming activities.
• Strong data analysis ability, able to regularly and effectively analyze relevant promotion data.
• Familiar with the beauty cosmetics or e-commerce experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
• Willing to work in BGC Taguig.
