Business Leadership

  • Drives Cash as top priority. Understands the importance of cash productivity and maintains healthy levels of working capital. Addresses AR gaps. Develops a plan to consistently optimize DSO's / accounts receivable.
  • Leads the business strategy to deliver on Financial KPIs, working capital, and full ownership of P/L(Profit & Loss)
  • Sharp focus on costs and a constant productivity mindset - driving opportunities

a. to optimize operating cost,

b. to drive coverage in a financially viable way and

c. to improve the business mix

  • Develops the mid to long-term growth vision and what needs to be true (business model, financial perspective, future growth opportunities) investment ideas and sources of funding, etc.
  • Manages robust working capital processes and enables investments
  • Drives robust monthly forecast and planning; robust reviews to assess any gaps to target, develops gap closure plans, and follows through with Organization Development
  • Develops collaborative relationships across levels and functions, both with principals and internal MFT members jointly resolve conflicts and challenges.
  • Constantly builds organization capability on both technical and soft skills via formal trainings, external training and informal / one on one discussion.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Has in-depth & working knowledge of local GAAP(Generally accepted accounting principle) requirement & regulations on direct & indirect taxes
  • Ensures due diligence and compliance in internal and external statutory financial reporting (including tax reporting)
  • Ensures Fixed assets and balance sheet accounting are done within local GAAP
  • Ensures that all financial transactions are systemically and diligently recorded, accounted for and reconciled vs. budgets regularly
  • Conducts self-audits as well as engages external auditor for period audits
  • Understands the local anti-trust laws and has a system to provide the necessary training to its organization working with respect to the Bread & Pastries, Food & Beverages and Manufacturing business.


  • Must have at least (5) years of experience in the Food industry.
  • Must know how to use Quickbooks for accounting systems.
  • With an in-depth and working knowledge of local GAAP (Generally accepted accounting Principles) requirements and regulations on direct and indirect taxes.
  • Must have extensive experience in all aspects of Finance and accounting.
  • Must have at least (10) years of Finance/Accounting Manager experience.
  • Must be a CPA.
