• Responsible for assisting the systemwide store operations
• Management team in conceptualizing, creating and
• implementing store marketing strategies and campaigns to
• boost brand awareness and revenue generation.
• Implements marketing tactics geared towards a specific category of prospective customers within the stores’ specified trade area.

• Plans and coordinates all sales and marketing department required support and services for implementing marketing plans and programs.
• Merchandising

• Promotions
• Implements plans and programs for acquiring new customers.
• Implements plans and programs for customer retention.
• Creates and implements periodic ads & promo activities, annual corporate marketing calendar.
• Directs corporate marketing and creative team in creating the corporate brand standard Look-Book, for both internal and external customers/users.

Qualifications:

• College graduate - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Food Industry.
• Knowledge in Food industry trends and regulations.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, customers, and team members.
• Proficient in sales and marketing software and tools.
