Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 28 - 40 years old  
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts 
  • With at least 5 - 10 years of work experience in  Hotel, Restaurant or Cruise Ship (Preferably as Sous Chef)
  • Male or Female
