We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth for our trading and distribution company. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a deep understanding of the trading and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  •    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
  •    Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  •    Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
  •    Oversee the sales team and provide training and support to ensure that targets are met
  •    Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales goals are aligned with company objectives
  •    Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management


  •    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  •    Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role
  •    Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  •    Strong understanding of the trading and distribution industry
  •    Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
