RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perfect client experience
2. Solicit client referrals
3. Implement an automated client relationship management system using HubSpot
4. Maintain accurate and current client credentialing process information  
5. Inform clients about new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements
6. Inform client providers and coaches informed about the status of their credentialing

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum three years of client account management experience in a relevant industry
2. Minimum one year  experience in the healthcare provider credentialing process
3. One year of experience using HubSpot or SalesForce
4. Familiar with US medical insurance industry 
5. Knowledgeable of the related Credentialing accreditation and certification requirements.
6. Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
7. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
8. College degree in engineering, nursing, healthcare, or psychology

MUST HAVE:

1. High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
2. Good internet access at home
3. Mobile Hotspot
4. Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
