HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT / CONSULTING
Summary:
Responsible
for the development and implementation of human resources department programs
focusing on recruitment & training and participates in performance
management and job evaluation to ensure effective implementation of the
programs.
Responsibilities:
•
Administers
the employee recruitment processes for temporary projects and regular positions
to ensure that the company’s manpower requirements are met.
•
Develops
and conduct the relevant modules of the New Employee Orientation Program to
facilitate the assimilation of new employees into the company.
•
Maintains
a systematic HR filing/records system to facilitate the storage and retrieval of
documents.
•
Attends
to employees’ queries and provides first-level resolution of HR-related issues.
•
Handles
training by providing administrative support for training activities.
•
Psychological
test administration, scoring, and interpretation and the ethical standards that
govern test usage.
•

in basic labor laws.
Qualifications:
•
With
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related courses.
•
Minimum
of 8 years of solid HR experience
•
Strong
communication skills; knows how to convey a message so that it is received and
understood by everyone at all levels in the organization.
•
Solid
background in HRIS and other relevant HR systems; experienced in managing HR
systems and ensuring their efficient operation and functions.
•
Familiar
with creating highly engaging job posts/ads and sourcing applicants using
available and widely used social media.
•
Can
conduct psychological tests and knows how to interpret.
•
Advance
knowledge in basic MS operations such as but not limited to Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
•
With
relevant exposure in handling performance management systems and the ability to
provide relevant information through data presentation.
•
Knows
public speaking and can conduct learning sessions and/or training.
