Summary: Responsible for the development and implementation of human resources department programs focusing on recruitment & training and participates in performance management and job evaluation to ensure effective implementation of the programs.

Responsibilities:

       Administers the employee recruitment processes for temporary project and regular positions to ensure that the company’s manpower requirements are met.

       Develops and conduct the relevant modules of the New Employee Orientation Program to facilitate assimilation of new employees into the company.

       Maintains a systematic HR filing/records system to facilitate storage and retrieval of documents.

       Attends to employee’s queries and provides first level resolution of HR related issues.

       Handles training by providing administrative support for training activities.

       Psychological test administration, scoring and interpretation and the ethical standards that govern test usage.

       Presentation Techniques

       Performance Management

       Knowledgeable in basic labor laws.

Qualifications:

       With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related courses.

       Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience

       Strong communication skills; knows how to convey a message so that it is received and understood by everyone in all levels in the organization.

       Solid background in HRIS and other relevant HR system; experienced in managing HR system and ensure its’ efficient operation and functions.

       Familiar with creating highly engaging job posts/ads and sourcing applicants using available and widely used social media.

       Can conduct psychological tests and knows how to interpret.

       Advance knowledge in basic MS operations such as but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

       With relevant exposure in handling performance management system and ability to provide relevant information through data presentation.

       Knows public speaking and can conduct learning session and/or training.
