Job Description

Monitor employees’ DTR (Daily Time Record) information

Submit daily attendance report

Document and monitor employees on leave, official business, overtime, undertime, etc.

Conduct the timekeeping process in an accurate, appropriate, and timely manner

The document, investigate, seek approval and adjust the employees’ payroll concerns

Submit all the necessary timekeeping reports to the Accounting department for payroll processing, in a timely manner

Maintain the timekeeping and payroll database

Closely monitor the employees with habitual absences and report tardiness memo

Receive, investigate, and address the HRIS-related concerns of employees

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year of strong experience in the HR field especially in timekeeping, compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in handling manual timekeeping is an advantage
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
