Initial screening and shortlisting of
qualified candidates.
Invitation and scheduling of applicants for
interview.
Facilitates hiring process which includes
preparation of necessary forms, giving of technical examination, and series of
interviews.
Maintains a wide-range database of potential
candidates through social networking and other means.
Responsible for the pre-employment
requirements, preparation of Employee Kit; employment documentation of newly
hired employees.
Develops pool of internal talents.
Explores the new recruitment channels and
gives recommendations to the HR Manager and HR Director.
Conducts orientation of Company Rules and
Regulations and facilitates completion of other orientations for newly hired
employees prior to endorsement to respective departments.
Responsible for the monitoring of Performance
Evaluation for Probationary Employees.
